In addition to improvements in the user experience, we have also expanded several features and added new capabilities.

An important addition is the new AI support chatbot. This allows you to get help faster with questions about processes or the use of Sensus BPM Online. As a result, you need to search less for information and get quicker answers to practical questions.

Also, earned training certificates are now directly available from the platform, giving users and administrators easier insight into achieved certifications. This also makes them easier to share on LinkedIn.

In addition, we’ve expanded several existing features. For example, version control now offers a clearer overview, notifications provide more context, and additional settings have been added to better align processes with the way your organization works.
