Themes | Publisher
One of the new features of the Publisher is “Themes”. Themes are a new way to customise the Publisher dashboard and processes. Themes allows you to edit the background, text colours and fonts. You can also expand the view of all the processes by making the Publisher more compact, and you can enable the new dark mode.
Improved Excel Export
With the improved MS Excel export feature, the user can create cross sections of the data (such as RASCI Model data) in the project in various ways and link icons and categories via the template fields in a single report.
Quick tip: Add data fields
With data fields, you can add custom data to almost any icon type in the web application, linking performance indicators to activities, a list of ISO standards at process level, etc.
Quick tip: Draw process network
Sensus BPM Designer works as standard according to the principles of the Sensus method. This means that a maximum of 6 hierarchical levels can be used for the process structure. These levels are visible in the tree view and in the canvas view.
Quick tip: Documents
In a project in Sensus BPM Designer you can name documents, which can then be linked to various icons in a process. The result is that these documents can be opened with the click of a mouse when they have been assigned to an input document, for example.
Quick tip: Automated processes
In an age of digitalisation and robotisation, organisations are increasingly setting up processes in which the processing of the data of applications and systems forms the central element. Standard conventions for business processes no longer meet the need for documenting this IT architecture.
Quick tip: Departments and positions
Responsible roles can be assigned to actions in processes. This provides immediate insight into who needs to do what at what point in the process. To be able to link responsible roles to actions, these must first be listed under “Departments and Positions”.
