If your organisation has mapped the processes and has also given thought to how to describe the risks and/or performance indicators, we offer you the possibility of generating a clear picture of your process network in just three steps!

1. Write down your risks and performance indicators.
2. Register these in Sensus and show which processes are related.
3. All you need to do then is click the dashboard – we’ll take it from there.

Information on risk management, performance management and data quality is retrieved from Sensus via an automatic link. All this information, in combination with all processes, is then immediately available in Power BI.

And if you’d like to give the dashboard your own twist to align it with your organisation, we can set this up according to your tastes. You also have the option of linking multiple resources to the dashboard, so that this displays even more information.

The dashboard uses an automatic link (API) between Sensus and Power BI. Specific data from Sensus is retrieved based on a generated request and immediately visualised on screen. By using variables, only relevant data is requested.

During set-up, the dashboard can be set up to refresh up to 8 times a day, and the email feature can be set up such that the user or users periodically receive a screenshot of the dashboard by email. All automatically of course.
