Research report 2017 International HRM Survey
“The surveys show that the HRM policy plan will become increasingly formalised. The target objectives and results are defined and established more often and HRM policy is more frequently assessed at defined intervals in the light of the actual results. Process management plays an increasingly important role within the HRM departments, but employees on the work floor are involved less and less.”
This research report looks in detail at the results of the “2017 HRM Survey”, a study that was conducted worldwide during the end of 2016 by HRM-processen.com. HRM-processen.com is a Dutch initiative of Sensus Processmanagement, a specialist in the field of process management. In this survey, HRM-processen.com measures the trend towards quality improvement in the services provided by HRM departments. The survey was designed based on various quality models, such as the EFQM and the HR scorecard. The survey quantifies the extent to which strategic HRM policy is implemented in organisations based on 3 topics, namely HRM & Leadership, Processes and Employees.
