I’m responsible for our commercial activities with both existing and new customers, as well as growing our partner community. I train, advise, and support partners and customers to help them get the most out of Sensus. I also host webinars and inspiration sessions where I show how process management can make a real difference. These sessions are open to both current and prospective customers and partners.

As an account manager at Sensus, I advise organizations on how to improve and structure their business processes using Sensus BPM Online. I work with organizations across a wide range of sectors, including education, construction, healthcare, and the public and semi-public sectors. My role involves supporting our existing customers as well as building relationships with new ones.

At Sensus, I’m the main point of contact for our customers in the housing association sector. I make sure they have the information and support they need to improve their process management and get the most out of Sensus BPM Online.
I’m also responsible for onboarding new customers, coordinating Sensus training courses, and managing the use of our vouchers.
