All network traffic is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Organizations with additional security requirements can also restrict access to specific IP addresses.

Access within the platform is managed through Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). You decide in advance who can edit or publish processes and who has read-only access. Every change is logged automatically, giving you a clear record of who made each change and when.
Authentication integrates with your existing IT environment. Users can sign in through Single Sign-On (SSO) using OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0. This keeps user management centralized and lets you use the same identity solution as the rest of your organization
